You can sign up for sponsorship using this form online. If you prefer to mail in an application and payment, you can download the following documents:
An invoice will be emailed to you. Payment can be made by credit card, bank ACH or you can mail a check.
Once we receive your sponsorship and completed application form, we will contact you for a copy of your logo and provide further information regarding booth/table setups and our social media campaigns. Please note that we cannot refund funds once provided as we use the funds for pre-event planning, promotion and production, even if an event is canceled or rescheduled for unforeseen reasons.
