Booth Pricing

Vendor Booths

Vendor booths are designed for exhibitors who are looking to sell items at the events. Please note, sales of food and beverage are prohibited by the convention center’s rules. The convention center will allow some food and beverage sales with the payment of an additional fee. Please contact us for details.

  • Vendor booths are 10×10
  • Includes: (1) 8′ table, electricity, two (2) chairs and a wastebasket.
  • Pipe and drape are provided between and behind the booths.
  • Vendor booths come with three (3) badges
  • Cost: $250

Artist Alley Tables

Artist alley tables are designed for artists who wish to display their work. Sales are permitted at these tables as well, but make sure you read all the details below to be sure you have adequate space. 

  • Artist Alley tables are 8′ feet long
  • Includes: one (1) 8′ table, two (2) chairs and a wastebasket. 
  • Artist Alley tables do not come with electricity or access to outlets!  There is no pipe and drape between Artist Alley tables.
  • Artist Alley tables come with two (2) badges
  • Cost: $150
  • Note we have a maximum of 18 available spots for Artist Alley.

Additional weekend badges are available for purchase at the advertised attendee rate. Additional tables, as well as chairs, skirting, and additional pipe and drape are available through the Convention Center. These must be covered at your own cost. Booth Dates and Times

Exhibitors’ Hall hours are as follows (note, times are tentative and subject to change):

Setup: Friday, Saturday 30th, 8:00am-3:00pm

Vendor Hours:

  • Friday, Saturday 30th: 3:00 pm to 7:30 pm
  • Saturday, October 1st: 11:00 am to 7:30 pm
  • Sunday, October 2nd: 11:00 am to 5:00 pm

Tear Down: Sunday, October 2nd: 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Set Up and Break Down Assistance

We will have volunteers to help you load and unload your vehicles into the exhibit hall. If you require more assistance, such as physical help setting up and/or breaking down your booth, you have option of paying an additional fee of $100 per service.

Vendor Agreement

Please review the Vendor Agreement prior to filling out the application form. You will be required to sign the agreement upon acceptance of your application.

Please note that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 (corona virus) exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is a contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. By exhibiting at the event, you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. You voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree not to hold event organizers, venue operators, managers and venue owners and their agents and their contractors, liable for any COVID-19 illness or injury in connection with you or your guests’ attendance at the event.
