Cosplay Parade:

Be at main stage at 2:30pm

There will be a half-hour panel before the parade “HOW TO WALK ACROSS THE COSPLAY STAGE 101” It is HIGHLY recommended for all participants of the parade. The panel will include information about the 3 X’s marked on the stage, striking a pose, and interaction with the crowd to get them fired up, and other helpful information.

Line up for the parade will take place right after the panel. Anyone can participate in the parade, there are no designated spots. If you have to fall out of the parade at any time we just ask you to step to the side to let everyone in the parade pass you.

After the parade you will line up in rows according to your judging number, this is the staging area for walking the stage.  A staff member will move one row at a time to walk onto the stage. You MUST stay in this order so the MC calls out the correct name for walking across the stage.

*All the craftsmanship, groups (no more than 8) and closet cosplay contestants will line up first, in sign-up numerical order.

*All walk-ons will line up after, in sign- up numerical order. You are not being judged and are not eligible for prizes.
